How to Unlock an Account on an MSN Program

Navigate to Windows LiveID Account Recovery help page.
Read the instructions and click "Continue" twice.
Type an alternative email address in the box under Contact Email Address.

Click "Continue."
Log in to your alternate email account.
Open the email from "Windows Live."
Click the link provided to you in the email. This will take you to the password recovery process.
Type a new password and retype it to confirm.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
Try to log in to your MSN account using any of the MSN products, including Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger. You will be able to access your MSN account.
